Henriëtte Faas van uitgeverij De Brouwerij geeft een dichtbundel uit van de Vlaamse dichteres Ina Stabergh over de Franse kunstenares en feministe Berthe Morisot (1841-1895). Morisot was tijdgenoot van de schilders Degas, Manet, Monet, Pissaro en Renoir. Zij was de eerste vrouw die zich aansloot bij de groep impressionisten en dat was in die tijd ongewoon voor een vrouw. Ondanks de protesten van familieleden en vrienden bleef zij streven naar erkenning van haar kunstvorm. Ook ging zij ging dwars tegen de normen en waarden in door haar passie voor de schilderkunst in praktijk te brengen.
Ina Stabergh publiceert sinds 1981 proza. In 1983 debuteerde zij met poëzie in literaire en andere tijdschriften. Haar werk werd vaak bekroond, vertaald en meerdere keren uitgevoerd door bekende koren en dirigenten.
